• Information from IFSTA and Missouri Division of Fire Safety for certification as a Missouri Fire Instructor.
  • This course is designed to deliver a comprehensive live-fire training program in accordance with NFPA standards 1231, 1402, 1403 and 1500. Both lecture and practical will be used, allowing participants to apply knowledge of the above standards to live fire training activities.
  • This 40 hour course meets State of Missouri requirements to become certified as an EMS Educator.  This class is primarily designed for working adults who have limited time availability for traditional classes.  This course requires independent reading, analysis of the readings, and posting discussions of those readings.  Classroom observations and practice teaching in classrooms are required and must be coordinated through the instructor.
